Here is our warranty process in 10 points:

1.If you're not 100% satisfied with a product you purchase from us you can either return it to us for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days after delivery date.
We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you.

2.If your product arrives damaged or broken, please help us by sending clear photos with good lighting of the defect for each affected item, including the item's packaging and the delivery box.

3.All items must be returned or exchanged in their original condition and packaging, Product returns that are used, have been altered in any way or do not conform to the above will not be accepted.

4.If buyer has chosen the wrong dimension/model or does not like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow return. Please contact us before. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged products.

5.If your purchase comes back unclaimed, I can either resend the package (with extra shipping costs) or refund you (excluding shipping cost).

6.Despite our strict QC procedure in exceptional cases, things happen... If the item you have received is incorrect or if our dimenison is wrong , please kindly follow the steps.
- Please send us photos with good lighting of the item and packaging and labels.
- For dimensions issue, please place the product on the floor, take a tape measure to measure the lenght and width. Once we confirm, we will dispatch an alternative product or offer refund. Since measurements of our handmade products are approximate, the item's dimension will be considered wrong if the difference between the item you have received and the measurement indicated on the dimension chart differ by at least 3 cm (1.18 inch).

7.If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped out, please wait until it arrives. Contact us first so we can provide you with a return address. Sign for the parcel when you receive it and then return it unopened to the address we have provided. We will arrange partial refund in that case.

8.Please ship the parcel via standard shipping / registered airmail as per our RMA form instructions ONLY so that your item can reach us easily. DO NOT return the item with expedited shipping methods such DHL, UPS, or Fedex. It will you do so, the item might be delayed in the Tunisian Customs. Furthermore, customs fees will be imposed. Since import taxes are usually more expensive than the item itself , we won't be able to receive the package. This is why, we kindly ask to use the standard local postal service in order to receive the item easily and compensate you accordingly.

9.We will give you our return address in the RMA form please always contact us to obtain it. Please do not send back your item(s) until we reply back to you with the appropriate address – this is may be not the same one displayed on your parcel.

10. Additional Policy and Warranty Notes
- All return shipping fees involved in the warranty are customer's responsibility and cannot be reimbursed.
- Please always submit a ticket at our Support Center before you return your item(s). We cannot accept any return without a corresponding ticket and a RMA form.
